NOTICE

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing shall be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the Porter Township Municipal Building, 304 Peach Orchard Road, Mill Hall, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, at which time any interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning a proposed Conditional Use request made by George Courter and Fay Courter relative to using a portion of premises owned by them, known as Tax Parcel No. 02-01-0038, Clinton County Instrument No. 2018-01533, in Porter Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, as an agricultural business, said hearing to be followed by the reorganizational and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026, wherein the Board of Supervisors intends to consider the Conditional Use Application.
