The Recreation Board members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and main goals, are to promote outdoor recreation at the Porter Township Recreation Park, and to serve as an advisory board to the Supervisors with any recommendations on park improvements.

The Recreation Board meets at the township building, the second Monday of each month at 6pm.
